Membership Policy
Founding Member Rate
Members who join during the Founding Member period lock in the $9/month rate for as long as their membership remains active. This rate is guaranteed and will never increase for founding members. If a membership is cancelled and later restarted, the Founding Member rate is no longer guaranteed and the current rate at the time of rejoining will apply.
Billing & Renewal
Memberships are billed monthly on the same date you originally signed up. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize BrightBots Academy to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, email us at info@brightbotsacademy.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After the 7-day window, the current billing cycle is non-refundable, but you will continue to have access through the end of that paid period.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will not be charged again, and you will retain access until that period ends. All activity sheets downloaded during your membership are yours to keep permanently, even after cancellation.
Content Ownership
All PDF activity sheets are licensed for personal household use only. They may be printed for your own children as many times as needed but may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or used in commercial settings such as classrooms or tutoring businesses without a separate license.
Price Changes
BrightBots Academy reserves the right to adjust pricing for new members at any time. Active Founding Members are exempt from price increases as long as their membership remains uninterrupted.
